Restrictions
- SkiMax tickets are valid 7 days a week during the 2024/25 ski. Tickets are not valid December 27, 2024 to January 3, 2025 and February 15 to 20, 2025.
- January SkiMax tickets are valid Monday to Thursday, from January 6, 2025 to February 6, 2025.
- SkiMax tickets and January SkiMax tickets are entirely transferable.
Purchase
- You must have your promotional code in hand to order.

Delivery
- You will receive an email containing a QR Code right after your purchase. You can pick up your ticket at the multiservice center or ticket printing kiosks.
- Delivery is possible with a service fee of $10 (royalty and taxes extra). You must add the service fee to your cart while completing your order online. Please note that due to the strike at Canada Post, delays may affect ticket deliveries.
Refund
- Non-refundable.
- Expired and unused days: The prepaid value will be applied to the purchase of a day ticket at the regular price.
Restrictions
- Re-selling of SkiMax tickets is strictly forbidden, including to hotels and rental homes.
