Welcome Policy and Services
Personalized Itineraries
The resort and its environment feature a long lineup of activities and services. For the real Tremblant experience, why not allow us to suggest a few of our top sites and best kept secrets, and coordinate it all so that you have time enough to enjoy yourself too.
Access to the Mountain and Golf Courses
Courtesy tickets are offered to media representatives here on assignment ‒ from journalists, bloggers and photographers to film crews ‒ but not during the Holiday Season or Spring Break. When not on assignment, members of the media, their spouses/partners, children and friends are not entitled to gratuities.
Media Relations Team
Our media relations team will gladly accompany you on-mountain, on our golf courses and in the heart of our pedestrian village to acquaint you with Tremblant's sites and history. With their expert guidance, you can visit each of its many particularities and receive accurate answers to any and all your questions.
Interviews with our Representatives
Our spokespersons are available to document and lend a distinctive note to your work. Please do not hesitate to share your needs with us ‒ we will gladly steer you towards the right expert!
Photos and videos
Our Photo Gallery and Video Channel feature a vast array of images of the mountain, of the pedestrian village and countless activities and events.
Onsite Lodgings, Dining and Activities
Tremblant Resort Association's partner hotels, restaurants and activity providers gladly welcome members of the media here on assignment, in exchange for visibility, depending on availability and time of year (peak-seasons and weekends are to be avoided).
Lessons and Equipment Rentals
Media representatives on assignment are provided with free ski, snowboard or golf equipment, as well as beginner or perfect turn/swing lessons, depending on availability and time of year. Please do note however that this offer is not extended to spouses/partners, children or friends.
On-Mountain Transportation
For our guests' sake, we try to minimize on-mountain motorized transportation and suggest members of the media (including photo shoot crews, film crews and talent) be autonomous on skis or snowboards. If your visit requires the use of a motorized vehicle for the transportation of persons or equipment, please notify us well in advance so that we can evaluate your request.
Fees will apply.
