Payment policy
- A valid credit card is required and full payment will be taken at the time of purchase of Station Mont Tremblant products and services.
- A valid credit card is required at the time of lodging booking. The value of the deposit required will be specified by the service provider.
- Credit cards accepted: Visa, Master Card and American Express.
Pricing and availability
- Use of both ecommerce service and reservation call center are absolutely free of charge. This reservation services are provided by the Association de Villégiature de Station Mont Tremblant Act.
- Our ecommerce service is only intended to provide the user with the description, availability and pricing of goods and services sold by Tremblant's service providers and forwarding these reservations or purchase requests to those providers.
- All transactions involve directly and exclusively the services provider and their customers.
- Mont-Tremblant Reservations is neither the representative nor the agent of those providers and shall not be involved in any way in any claim or dispute that may arise between a service provider and their customers.
- Any user making a reservation through tremblant.ca agrees to comply with the terms and conditions for making, changing and canceling reservations, as described by the service provider at the time of reservation.
- Although Mont-Tremblant Reservations offers no guarantees concerning products and services available from the service providers presented therein, Mont-Tremblant Reservations is committed to protect all users who buy such products and services. Thus, all service providers wishing to offer their products and services through Mont-Tremblant Reservations must agree to honor all transactions as announced and sold via tremblant.ca.
- Any failure to meet this commitment as reported in the form of a written complaint to ccd@tremblant.ca. This provision does not involve any responsibility from Mont-Tremblant Reservations, but our customer service will follow up with such provider and will take such action and at its sole discretion it deems necessary to avoid such reported situation to be repeated.
Changing or cancelling a reservation
Users who have reserved a product or service Mont-Tremblant Reservations and wish to change or cancel their reservation acknowledge having to comply with the conditions for changing or cancelling a reservation as specified by the service provider at the time of booking.
Conversion rates
Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on the site are in Canadian dollars. Prices displayed in other currencies are calculated using the exchange rate at the moment they are advertised thus these amounts are approximate; the real price will vary depending on the exchange rate on the day of payment and the conversion applied by the provider.

What this means is if you find a better price for your lodging anywhere on the Internet than the one you already reserved with us, we will match that price.

- All tickets purchased through the Tremblant Ticket Outlet are prepaid and date specific.
- One day of break is permitted for 3-day tickets, 4-day tickets, 5-day tickets. No break is permitted for 2-day tickets.
- Daily quantities are limited.

- Afternoon (half-day) tickets are valid after 12 p.m.
Purchase
- Tickets can be purchased on the Tremblant Ticket Outlet at all times.
- To take advantage of the ticket outlet discounts, tickets valid Monday to Friday must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance and tickets valid Saturday and Sunday must be purchased at least 48 hours in advance.
- Afternoon tickets can be purchased online on the Tremblant Ticket Outlet, by phone at 1-888-738-1777 or at the multiservice centre at all times. Rates do not vary.
- Toddler tickets (2 years old an under) must be purchased at the ticket offices or by phone at 1-888-738-1777.
Delivery
- You can pick up your ticket at the multiservice centre or ticket printing kiosks the day before or day of your arrival.
- If purchased in advance, you will receive an email containing a QR code 24 hours prior to your arrival. If purchased the same day, you will receive an email containing a QR code a few minutes after your purchase. Please present this code directly at the ticket printing kiosks.
- If you purchased your ticket with onsite lodging 72 hours before your arrival, it will be delivered to your hotel.

- Can be refunded up to 72 hours prior to first planned day of use. Not refundable past this period.

- The Nordik Card is valid at all times, Sunday to Friday, during the 2024/25 ski season, except from December 27, 2024 to January 3, 2025, inclusive, and February 15 to 20, 2025, inclusive.
- The January Nordik Card is valid Monday to Thursday, from January 6 to February 6, 2025.
- Once all initial days are used, your card entitles you to a 15% discount on additional visits (discount applicable on a 1-day regular ticket office ticket).
Purchase
- The Nordik Card and the January Nordik Card must be purchased online or by phone at 1-866-356-2247 until December 3, 2024.
- To take advantage of the 15% discount on additional days, add the Direct-to-lift access option to your Tremblant pass and go directly to the lifts. A secure payment with your applicable discount will be automatically applied to your card. You can activate the DTL option at our multiservice centre. The discounted additional days can also be purchased at the multiservice centre.
- Age of reference is age on date of purchase.
Delivery
- The Nordik Card and the January Nordik Card will be added to your existing Tremblant Pass. New Card holders’ Nordik Card and January Nordik Card will be mailed in the fall.
- Any Card holder who has not received their Nordik Card or January Nordik Card in time for their visit must pick up their Tremblant Pass at our multiservice centre. (photo ID required).
Refund
- The Nordik Card and the January Nordik Card can be refunded until December 12, 2024, if not used.
- Expired and unused days: The prepaid value will be applied to the purchase of a day ticket at the regular price.
Restrictions
- Maximum of one regular discounted ticket per card holder, per day.
- Rebates not applicable on half-day tickets.
- Non-transferable (product and discounts cannot be transferred from one person to the next).

- Scanning your 24/25 Tonik Pass for spring skiing counts as using your pass. If you use your pass for spring skiing, it is not eligible for deferral to the 25/26 season. Please visit the Deferral option page for full details.

- Tonik Pass can be purchased online on IkonPass.com or by phone at 1-866-356-2247.
- Age of reference is age on date of purchase.
- Floating days will be automatically scanned and deducted at the lift.
- The discounted additional days must be purchased at the multiservice centre.
- To take advantage of the 15% discount on additional days, add the Direct-to-lift access option to your Tremblant pass and go directly to the lifts. A secure payment with your applicable discount will be automatically applied to your card. You can activate the DTL option at our Guest Service Desk or at our multiservice centre.
- To access the student discount (18+), you must select the Adult option and follow the instructions. The discounted rate will be applied upon verification of your student status with our trusted partner SheerID, while in checkout.
- The Tonik Pass is available to Canadian residents only.

Refund

- Adventure Assurance comes free with Tonik Pass. Pass holders of unused Tonik Pass can defer the value until December 12, 2024. If you decids not to use your product after purchase, for any reason, you can elect to defer their product to receive a full credit for the purchase price of you unused 24/25 product to be used toward the purchase of a 25/26 product. You will need to defer you pass and privilege bundle on your online profile. Complimentary products will be deferred automatically if the pass was deferred.
- Floating days must be used during the 20243/25 season and are not valid from December 27 to 30, 2024 and on January 19, February 15-16, 2025. They are not refundable and cannot be transferred.

- Rental period begins on the date the equipment was requested.
- If the equipment is not returned by 10 a.m. following the last rental day, a charge will be added for each extra day.
- If the equipment is stolen or lost, guest will be charged full retail value.
- In case of breakage by act of negligence (ski or snowboard) guest will be charged an additional $350.
- If you do not return your rental equipment according to the date indicated on your leasing contract, the value of the equipment will be charged on your credit card as follows:

Damage waiver protection
The damage waiver protection is included in your leasing contract. It protects yourself from costs of damage to little nicks, cuts and core shots. This protection plan does not include damages suffered for misuse and negligence, and costs related to disappearance or theft. In case of breakage by negligence, $350 will be charged (plus royalty and taxes).
Preventing equipment theft
- Never leave your equipment unattended or unlocked.
- Lost, stolen or incomplete rental equipment will be charged to the lessee at the full retail price.
- Many spaces are provided on site to lock your equipment.
Temporary locker rental
Drop off your personal belongings or equipment in one of our lockers located in strategic locations on the mountain and enjoy peace of mind as you head down the slopes or hit the après-ski!

- A valid credit card is required upon reservation. No amount will be charged on your credit card at this time, the full amount will be charged upon registration at the pro shop. Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
- Note that a no-show will be charged the full amount on its credit card.
- The pricing shows the regular rate. If you own a voucher or a card, show it at the pro shop upon registration and adjustments will be made.
- After you have made your reservation, you will receive an email within minutes with your reservation date, time and confirmation number. If your tee time falls into a tournament, one of our agents will contact you to move your tee time.
- Cart included with each round.
- Guests with a tee time on Le Diable get complimentary access to Golf Le Diable driving range during the day. Le Diable driving range is not accessible with a tee time on Le Géant.

Luge code of conduct
- No alcohol or drugs: Do not ride the luge if your ability is impaired through use of alcohol or drugs.
- No helmet, no ride: Helmets must be worn at all times when riding the luge.
- Secure loose clothing and articles: Jackets, garments, scarves, long hair and any personal articles should be secured to avoid damage or loss.
- Keep both hands on the handlebar at all times: Keep both hands on the handlebar at all times while riding to ensure ease of steering and braking.
- Keep your feet in the luge cart at all times: Do not put your feet outside of the cart foot-well, unless completely stopped, as injury may result. Footwear must be worn at all times. Use the brakes to slow or stop the cart!
- Pull back to stop: To slow yourself or stop the cart pull the handle bars back toward you. Do not stop by pushing handle bars forward.
- Respect signs: Obey all signs and warnings and never venture off track.
- Keep in under control: Remain in control of your speed and direction. Make sure you can stop and avoid any person or obstacle, as it is the luge rider’s responsibility for keeping their luge cart under control. Stay alert in case quick reaction is needed to avoid a collision.
- Give way and don’t block the track: Yield the right of way to persons downhill and choose a course that ensures their safety. A rider in an uphill position is responsible for maneuvering to avoid them. Stop on the track only if you are visible from above and if you are not obstructing the track. Only stop at the side of the track out of the way of others.
- No group racing, no bumping or skidding: Racing in groups is not permitted. Do not bump into other carts. Do not skid the luge cart wheels.
- Give luge ranger a hand: If you are involved in, or witness an accident, remain at the scene and identify yourself to first-aid staff.
- No hand-held devices are permitted to be carried while riding:This includes cameras, phones and selfie sticks.

Delivery
- Your tickets will be sent to you by email 24 hours prior to day of the activity. Please present your electronic tickets directly at the activity.
Refund
- Not-refundable.
- The season pass can be refunded up to first use during the 2024 summer season.
Restrictions
- Access to tennis courts not included.
- Pets are not allowed at the beach.
- Lunch boxes are permitted (no alcohol).
- Entry fee is mandatory for all, including non-swimmers and guests who want to enjoy the beach bar.
- Parking is reserved for guests of the Beach and Tennis Club, the Centre nautique Pierre Plouffe and the tennis.

- You must check in at the Centre Aventure ofSommet des Neiges 15 minutes prior to your time.
Refund
- For full refund, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance (72 hours for groups of 10 or more).
- Refund provided or alternate tour booked if the activity is closed due to unforeseen events such as lighting.
Restrictions
- For 7 years old and over.
- 7 to 14 years old and under must be accompanied by a paying adult (15 years old and over).
- Minimum weight: 34 kg (75 lb); maximum weight: 125 kg (275 lb). Children under 34 kg (75 lb) who are over 7 years old can go tandem zipping with a guide (maximum 2 tandems per tour).
- This activity requires some moderate physical exertion which includes trail walking and stair climbing. All participants have to wear athletic or hiking shoes and must be in adequate physical condition or they may be denied access to the activity.
- Wearing a helmet and harness is mandatory.
- Maximum weight limit is subject to change due to weather conditions, without notice.
- All participants must sign a waiver prior to the activity. Waivers for participants under the age of 18 must be signed by parent or legal guardian.
- Tours run rain or shine.
- Pregnant women are not allowed to enter this activity.

Booking
- Book online up until midnight the night before the activity, or at least 24 hours in advance by phone at 1-866-783-5637 or in person at the Multiservice Center.
- Participants will join other groups, for a total of 20 to 32 participants. Private groups can be arranged by calling 1-888-681-5978 or by writing to corpo@tremblant.ca.
- Table seating is not predetermined.
- An email address, a phone number and a valid credit card are required upon booking. Full payment will be charged to guarantee booking.
- Subject to availability.
Delivery
- Lift tickets will be handed out by the guide, when meeting at the Ski Valet service.
- Rented snowshoes will be handed to you at the Ski Valet service at the meeting time.
Equipment Rental
- Winter coat and pants rental is available, you can book now online. To pick up the clothes, please go to the Multiservice Centre at least 30 minutes before the scheduled meeting with the tour guide.
- Rented snowshoes will be handed to you at the Ski Valet service at the meeting time.
Refund
- Refunds possible up to 72 hours before the beginning of the activity.
- If the minimal number of participants is not reached (20 participants), the participants will be notified within 24 hours prior to the activity.
- In the case of adverse weather conditions, the activity will be cancelled and the participants will be reimbursed.
Restrictions
- Participants must be at least 13 years old.
- All participants must be able to walk with snowshoes for a 5-km distance.
- Participants must wear clothes and winter boots adapted to the weather (multi-layers recommended).

- A daily access or the alpine touring season pass is mandatory to access designated alpine touring areas.
- The daily access is valid only for the day it was purchased for.
- The alpine touring season pass valid throughout the 2024/25 ski season, according to snow conditions.

- The daily access can be purchased online, by phone at 1-888-738-1777, at any multiservice centre or at Le Randonneur rental centre (Chalet des Voyageurs).
- The daily access is included with alpine touring equipment rental at Le Randonneur rental centre (Chalet des voyageurs).
- The alpine touring season pass must be purchased in person at any multiservice centre or at our Guest Services Desk.
- The alpine touring season pass is free for Tonik and Ikon pass holders.
- Holders of a valid lift ticket for the day can get a free daily alpine touring access pass by visiting Customer Service or the multiservices center.
Delivery
- Daily access must be picked up at multiservice centre.
- Tonik and Ikon pass holders must pick up their free alpine touring season pass at our Guest Services Desk or at any multiservice centre.
Refund
- The daily access can be refunded up to 72 hours prior to first day planned of use. Not refundable past this period.
- The alpine touring season pass is not refundable.
Restrictions
- These products are not transferable.
- It is forbidden to climb or ski down the mountain outside of mountain operation hours.
- It is forbidden to camp on the mountain.
- Mont Tremblant is located in the Parc national du Mont-Tremblant. Thus, pets are not allowed (dogs and cats).
Ice Skating and Skate Loan

Restrictions
- The ice skating rink schedule is subject to change without notice according to weather conditions.
Skate and other equipment loan free with lodging
- The ice rink is accessible to everyone, but the skate and marshmallow stick loans and free marshmallows are available exclusively for guests staying overnight at Tremblant.
- Skate and equipment loans end at 7:30 p.m daily.
Restrictions
- Helmet are recommended on the ice rink for children under 12 years old.
- Playing hockey on the ice rink is not allowed, but hockey is allowed on the surface dedicated to this purpose.
- Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

You are however free to consume alcoholic beverages on restaurant patios and in the village’s bar and inside licensed establishments. Note that coolers and folding chairs are also not permitted on the grounds.
