Retrieving lost items
Lost and found items in the pedestrian village, on the mountain and at Les Suites Tremblant hotels are tracked through a database managed by Tremblant, in collaboration with Chargerback.

If your item has been found in the supported areas, here are your three options:
1) We can hold your item for 30 days to give you time to come pick them up directly at the resort (Guest Services Desk' Chalet des Voyageurs or the hotel).
2) We can ship them to you via Fedex, at your expense.
3) We can donate the item to a charity.

We hold valuable items including wallets, purses, cell phones and identification cards for 90 days. Any loose Credit or Debit cards are kept for 24h before being destroyed. Passports will be kept for one week and then turned over to the Mont-Tremblant Police Department. If items are not picked up within the allotted time, they will be disposed of or donated.
If you think your item has been stolen, DO NOT fill out the form below. Instead, please contact the Mont-Tremblant Police Department: 819-425-2723.
Please drop it by the Customer Services Desk at Chalet des Voyageurs on the South Side.

Claim your lost item

Choose the location below then fill out the form to claim your lost item. Chargerback will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. If we find your lost item, you will be getting an email with simple instructions on how to retrieve it. We’ll also get back to you if we are not able to find it.
