Crisscrossing Mont Tremblant amidst waterfalls and streams, our touring trails offer open and shaded areas with some spectacular views. Discover the highest peak in the Laurentians via 7 trails ranging from 1 km to 5 km for people of all levels!

Note that a daily access or the alpine touring season pass is mandatory to enjoy our designated areas (must be visible at all times when climbing).

      Validity
      • A daily access or the alpine touring season pass is mandatory to access designated alpine touring areas.
      • The daily access is valid only for the day it was purchased for.
      • The alpine touring season pass valid throughout the 2023/24 ski season, according to snow conditions.

      Purchase
      • The daily access can be purchased online, by phone at 1-888-738-1777, at any multiservice centre or at Le Randonneur rental centre (Chalet des Voyageurs).
      • The daily access is included with alpine touring equipment rental at Le Randonneur rental centre (Chalet des voyageurs).
      • The alpine touring season pass must be purchased in person at any multiservice centre or at our Guest Services Desk.
      • The alpine touring season pass is free for Tonik and Ikon pass holders.

      Delivery
      • Daily access must be picked up at multiservice centre.
      • Tonik and Ikon pass holders must pick up their free alpine touring season pass at our Guest Services Desk or at any multiservice centre.

      Refund
      • The daily access can be refunded up to 72 hours prior to first day planned of use. Not refundable past this period.
      • The alpine touring season pass is not refundable.

      Restrictions
      • These products are not transferable.
      • It is forbidden to climb or ski down the mountain outside of mountain operation hours.
      • It is forbidden to camp on the mountain.
      • Mont Tremblant is located in the Parc national du Mont-Tremblant. Thus, pets are not allowed (dogs and cats).

      Purchase and Booking

      Equipment return
      • Equipment must be returned the same day during Le Randonneur rental centre opening hours.

      Damage waiver protection
      • The damage waiver protection is included in your leasing contract. It protects yourself from costs of damage to little nicks, cuts and core shots. This protection plan does not include damages suffered for misuse and negligence, and costs related to disappearance or theft. In case of breakage by negligence, $350 will be charged (plus royalty and taxes).

      Preventing equipment theft
      • Never leave your equipment unattended or unlocked. Lost, stolen or incomplete rental equipment will be charged to the lessee at the full retail price. Many spaces are provided on site to lock your equipment.

    • Safety
      Safety rules

      • Climb or ski down only during hours permitted for alpine touring: from 7:45 a.m to 30 minutes after the closing of Télécabine Express.
      • Do not enter a closed trail. Climb only in designated trails and on the edge of one of the three marked ski runs on the map (Nansen, Algonquin and Beauchemin).
      • Stay visible and climb in single file, never side by side.
      • Only go down on marked and opened trails and follow the Mountain Code of Conduct at all times.
      • It is mandatory to obtain a daily access or the alpine touring season pass. Access to lifts requires a separate and valid lift ticket or pass.
      • Do not feed the animals.
      • Dogs are not permitted on the trails.
      • There are risks inherent to alpine touring and snowshoeing. You may encounter snowmobiles, grooming machines, snowmaking equipment, obstructions, skiers and/or riders. Be careful!

      Mont Tremblant Resorts and Company reserves the right to charge a $250 fee or more for required assistance outside of operating hours or off marked and opened trails.

      Advice before heading out

      • Wear seasonal footwear and carry extra clothes since temperatures at the summit are often colder than at the base.
      • Make sure your physical fitness level is adequate for the climb and bring appropriate clothing and equipment including a water bottle and food.
      • Don’t climb by yourself, and bring a charged cell phone. Please note that cell phone services are limited at some locations on the mountain and that some trails are not patrolled. Basic First Aid knowledge is highly recommended.
      • Don’t litter – you will find garbage cans and recycling bins at the base of the gondola.
      • Don’t build a camp fire and don’t throw your cigarette butts in nature; not only can they start a wild fire, they are made of plastic fibers and do not decompose.

    Domaine Saint-Bernard's trail network takes place on 25km2 of strikingly varied terrain, through woods, forests and open meadows, alongside lakes, streams and especially the Devil’s River. Vantage points on mountain tops offer some of the best scenic vistas of the Mont Tremblant area. Along some trails you will find nature interpretation boards. Come have the birds feed from your hands, surprise some deer, and take a break in a shelter with a wood burning stove! The welcome centre is located in the Domaine Saint-Bernard ecotourism park, near the resort.
