The Groups and Conferences committee is a sub-committee of the Tremblant Marketing Group (TMG) established in 2003. Its mandate is to support the approach adopted a few years ago, which aims to sell the destination as a whole, to obtain a consensus among the hotel partners, and to implement the actions outlined on the marketing and sales plan developed during the year.
The Groups and Conferences committee is composed of sales managers and general managers from each hotel partner and one marketing specialist.

The Permanent ARC Committee manages the All Resort Costs system established by the Board of Directors in 1999. Elements listed in the ARC budget include management of the Parc Plage, first aid, Christmas decorations, maintenance and repairs for urban furniture and stone pavement, landscaping, snow removal, janitorial and cleaning services for the pedestrian village and public restrooms, and shuttle busses servicing residential areas.
The Permanent ARC Committee is composed of representatives from the TRA and the SMT, residential, lodging and business sectors, and one non-voting member. A similar committee was formed for the Versant Soleil that serves in the same capacity as the committee for the Versant Sud.

The Tremblant Marketing Group (TMG) is responsible for developing strategies for marketing the destination and its event programming for all customer segments. Its mandate is to develop a marketing plan that reflects an objective of economic prosperity for all members. The TMG is responsible for the destination marketing strategy and is consequently responsible for allocating funds for communication plans and for adapting these plans seasonally, by activity and geographic sector.

The Verification committee is responsible for approving the financial statements audited by the TRA before they are submitted to the Board of Directors for approval. It is also charged with overseeing the financial reporting process, reviewing internal controls implemented by management, and ensuring the reliability of all reported information. The Verification committee acts as a liaison between the external auditor and the Board of Directors.
