Arrival and departure process
Upon arrival, after clearing customs, please sign in at the transfer desk and an agent will assist you. Please note that we will ask you to identify your bags and attach colour-coded hotel/luggage tags. You will also receive the shuttle schedule for your return trip.
On the day of your return, your airline representative will meet you in the lobby of your hotel approximately 120 minutes prior to your flight to register your bags and identify them with your carrier's official tags. Note that you will no longer have access to your luggage after that point. You will then be invited to board the airport shuttle. Your luggage will be directed to security and then to the aircraft. You will receive your boarding pass at the airline counter located at the airport.
