  • Cancellation/ Modification 14 days or more prior to arrival date, the total deposit amount will be fully refunded.
  • Cancellation / Modification within 13 to 6 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the full amount of the reservation.
  • Cancellation / Modification 5 days or less prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Exceptions

  • December 16, 2025 to January 6, 2026:
    • Cancellations/modification 45 days prior to arrival, deposit will be fully refundable less an administration fee of 10% of the total value of the stay.
    • Cancellations/modification made 31 to 44 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be withheld.
    • Cancellations/modification made 30 days and less prior to arrival, the full amount will be forfeit, no credit possible.
