What does a Ski Butlers equipment package include?

How to book Ski Butlers?
- Ski Butlers rental delivery must be reserved 48 hours in advance online or by phone 1-866-783-5633.
- To help us prepare your equipment in advance, certain information will be requested at the time of booking (weight, height, age, skill level, and shoe size).
How does delivery work?
- The equipment will be delivered directly to your hotel room, condo, or chalet, between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Ski Butlers will contact you within two days of your purchase to schedule your delivery appointment.
- You will be contacted again 24 hours before delivery to confirm the order.
Is there a service delivery fee?
No. Pricing includes skis, boots, poles, and full delivery, support, and pickup services. Helmets, goggles, and damage coverage are add-ons.
What to do if there is a problem with the equipment?
- If there is an issue with your rental equipment, simply call or message Ski Butlers, and they will be on-site within an hour.
- If your boots do not fit, other options will be brought to you.
- If your skis are not the right size, a new pair will be provided from their extensive inventory.
- Note that you can also adjust your equipment directly at the Ski Valet.
Where are you located?
- A Ski Butlers representative is available at the Ski Valet to provide any support you may need during your stay. This location is just steps away from the base of the panoramic gondola.
- There is also a dedicated counter for Fairmont guests within the Fairmont hotel.
Equipment return
The equipment must be returned either to the Ski Valet or directly to Ski Butlers (as arranged at the time of delivery).
Refund
Refundable up to three days (72 hours) prior to first planned day of use. Not refundable past this period.
