Validity

  • Purchase online, by phone at 1-866-356-2247 or in person at Chalet des Voyageurs’ Customer Services Desk.
  • Royalty and taxes extra.

Delivery
  • VIP access will be added to your parking pass. If you don’t have a parking pass, make your way to the Chalet des Voyageurs’ Customer Services Desk to get one.

Refund
  • Non-refundable.

Restrictions
  • Passes and cards cannot be transferred (holder must be present to drop off or pick up the equipment).
