How can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available for online purchase only on Ticketmaster. Make sure to buy your tickets only from official sources to avoid scams.
Is there an on-site box office?
No, tickets are sold online only at Ticketmaster.
Can I cancel or modify my tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation. For any modifications, please consult our terms and conditions on Ticketmaster.
Useful Information
The event will be held at 1000 Chemin des Voyageurs, Mont-Tremblant, J8E 1T1, in the VIP parking lot.
What is the minimum age to participate in the event?
The event is open to everyone; however, all children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
What are the opening hours?
Doors open at 5 p.m.
What should I do in case of cancellation?
If the event is canceled or modified, we will notify you immediately via email and on our website. If you have purchased a ticket, we will offer you a refund or an exchange depending on the circumstances.
Will the event be canceled in case of bad weather?
The event will take place regardless of weather conditions. Please check the weather before coming to the site and dress accordingly. Severe weather conditions may force us to interrupt the program for an indefinite period.
What should I do if the program changes?
All performances scheduled for the festival, including those of the headlining artists, are subject to change or cancellation without notice. No refunds will be issued in the event of such changes or cancellations.
Can I leave the site between the two performances?
Yes, however, you must have your wristband (which you will receive when you check in your ticket) in order to re-enter the site. Tickets will only be scanned once.
